Job Summary

The Administration Officer will be an integral part of a strong and cohesive office team at Our Lady of the Southern Cross Primary School. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the school office team
  • Assist with the use of ICON administration system
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

Requirements

  • Current first aid training
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

A contract position for the remainder of the 2024 school year and 2025, with a strong likelihood of extension beyond 2025. The successful applicant will be required to begin as soon as possible and can be negotiated with consideration to current work commitments.
