Merchant Success Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant owners. This includes holding periodic check-ins, making operations improvements, troubleshooting product-related issues, and recommending menu optimisations.

About the Role

  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with merchants to understand their needs and ensure their growth
  • Represent the voice of the merchant and influence platform development roadmap
  • Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects by partnering with consulting and product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Drive orientation, adoption, retention, and advocacy of our services with all merchants in the portfolio
  • Take ownership of a portfolio inclusive of new and existing merchants
  • Develop and execute merchant success and engagement plans
