We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Professionals Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, supporting both the Medical Sales team and wider office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage administrative tasks, including calendar management, coordinate travel, maintain databases, track and file expenses.
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings and events, including logistics, agenda creation, and minute-taking.
  • Engage and support both internal and external customers across various platforms and locations.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, drive process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Build strong partnerships and leverage relationships to advance business processes.
  • Adapt to changing business needs with flexibility and cooperation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including email and calendar management, along with the ability to learn and utilize new software and data management tools.
  • Proven track record of strategic and proactive administrative support, demonstrating prioritization, problem-solving, collaboration, attention to detail, organization, and self-direction.
  • Experience in project management/coordination, including successful follow-through, handling multiple priorities, and delivering results.
