Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our commercial construction operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
">Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective financial processes and controls across the business
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial systems and processes
- University degree in accounting or related field
- CA or CPA membership
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial management, preferably in construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
