Role Overview

This leadership role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Leader to join our team at LORNA JANE Westpoint store. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the brand, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

This role oversees the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.

About the Role
  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team – we love to promote from within.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
  • Roster your team in line with store trading.

What We Offer
  • A salary of AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum.
  • Tuesday to Saturday roster.
