We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to optimize the performance, reliability and scalability of our cloud environment.
This role involves managing and supporting scalable cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code, designing and implementing highly available and disaster recovery solutions in the cloud, and collaborating with development teams to influence good infrastructure design and efficient usage.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting on-premises infrastructure and 5+ years of experience supporting cloud-based environments with a focus on Azure. They will also have experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Bitbucket, and experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, ARM or Azure Bicep templates.
Azure certifications are preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of organisational values.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and supporting scalable cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code
- Designing and implementing highly available and disaster recovery solutions in the cloud

- Reviewing and approving infrastructure code deployments to production environments
- Collaborating with development teams to influence good infrastructure design and efficient usage
- Providing operational support and guidance to team members
- Contributing to solution design and architecture within the cloud technology stack
