IT Infrastructure Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure and network management, cloud security, and RMM/PSA tools proficiency. Strong problem-solving skills, service focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalation Management: Identify and resolve high-severity infrastructure and system issues.
  • Root Cause Analyst: Analyze complex problems to determine root causes.
  • Client Communication Champion: Provide clear and effective communication to clients regarding issue resolution.
  • System Administration Expertise: Maintain and optimize company infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Tier 2/3 Escalation Handling: Manage escalations from lower-tier support teams.
  • Proactive System Monitoring: Continuously monitor systems to prevent potential issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Extensive Technical Expertise: Proven experience in infrastructure, network management, cloud security, and RMM/PSA tools.
  • Infrastructure & Network Management: Ensure seamless delivery of services by maintaining and optimizing company infrastructure.
  • Cloud & Security Knowledge: Implement secure cloud-based solutions to protect company data.
  • RMM & PSA Tools Proficiency: Utilize RMM and PSA tools to streamline support processes.
  • Problem-Solving & Service Focus: Resolve complex issues efficiently while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior experience in a team lead, mentorship, or supervisory role within an IT service environment.
