Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Associate to join our team. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: A degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently.
