This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global firm that delivers innovative solutions through talent acquisition and contingent workforce management, internal mobility, skills development, and talent and technology advisory services.

The Role

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key client contacts, driving client satisfaction, and liaising between the client and our team. The ideal candidate will operationally manage delivery teams in their respective region to high levels of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and consult on client's strategy objectives and ensure they are reflected in attraction strategies and selection processes.
  • Develop and maintain proactive and constructive relationships with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business and requirements.
  • Liaise with clients to develop recruitment plans, attraction, and sourcing strategies as well as organisational structures.
  • Build effective communication channels and mechanisms between clients, onsite teams, and remote teams.
  • Work closely with Client Directors to define resource requirements and achieve delivery targets based on anticipated volumes of requirements.
  • Evaluate potential issues or contentious situations with clients and escalate them to Client Directors.
  • Oversight operational delivery of Emerging Talent / Campus programmes within specific regions and client sectors.
  • Ensure effective and efficient intern and graduate campaign delivery from multiple geographical sites, including managing remote teams that can scale up and down during the year.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in campus recruitment in Australia, ideally in consulting, professional services, legal, or financial services.
  • Solution-driven, resilient, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are key competencies for the role.
  • Ability to influence all levels of management to agree on changes of direction or new processes.
  • Experience working towards demanding targets, ratios, and SLAs in fast-moving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a Trusted Advisor to clients.
