As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Machinery Operator with final trim expertise for ongoing work with one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery efficiently and safely, with a focus on final trim work.
  • Execute grading, leveling, and finishing tasks to meet project specifications and standards.
  • Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and grading specifications.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a heavy machinery operator with significant final trim expertise.
  • Proficient in operating heavy machinery and related equipment.
  • Strong understanding of grading, leveling, and earthmoving techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Heavy Machinery Operator License).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
