Strategic Supply Chain Optimisation Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and execution of medium to long-term supply chain transformation programs. The ideal candidate will take ownership over the end-to-end process, ensuring optimisation projects are aligned with broader business objectives and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal and external partners to source feedback and knowledge to build cases for optimisation projects.
- Develop and execute strategic direction and projects for manufacturing operations by leading cross-functional teams in delivering transformational capability.
- Ensure manufacturing capacity aligns with production demands for customers, working closely with operational teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Hold a degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Deep understanding of supply chain functions and other business units.
- Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing process improvement projects.
