About the Role:
- This position involves planning, development, and execution of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions, and regions to understand concerns, gather feedback, and secure buy-in for implementation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Support the creation of actionable deliverables, including communication plans, change impact assessments, persona/journey maps, and risk management plans within the respective region.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to project teams and leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, preferred certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
- 3 years of experience working on global transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience working on change management efforts in large-scale SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively engage executive-level management and operational teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to new conditions and effectively manage change.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
