About Us

We are a leading gold and base metals mining and exploration company in Australia.

We own and operate two underground mines and processing facilities in New South Wales, with a portfolio of organic growth prospects.

The Dargues Mine

This is a gold mining and milling operation located in the south-eastern NSW tablelands. The facility includes an underground mine, processing plant and associated surface facilities.

The Role

You will support our Processing Department to ensure safe and sustainable production at the Dargues Gold Mine. This role involves operating sections of the processing plant including crushing, grinding, flotation, de-watering and cemented hydraulic fill circuits, and water and tailings management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proactive safety behaviors
  • Contribute to production goals through safe operation of fixed plant equipment
  • Sampling and daily inspections of the plant
  • Identify and manage risks to people, environment, equipment and infrastructure
  • Communicate and liaise with members of the Processing Department
  • Participate in Safety Meetings and Shift Handovers
  • Maintain high levels of workmanship and housekeeping

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in a mineral Process Plant environment.

They should have a working knowledge of crushing, grinding, floatation and gold process technologies and equipment.

Strong analytical background and good knowledge of Microsoft programs are also required.
