Enhance the Bottom Line of Banking Customers

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in driving business growth at the C-Suite level.

As a trusted advisor, you will identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio. You will also understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and challenges, and analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically identify technical challenges and propose business solutions.
  • Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in.
  • Co-create new products and solutions alongside our team.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience providing digital transformation delivery to banks.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
  • Deep expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, Virtual Account Management or Core Banking.
  • Strong network with C-Suite executives within Tier 1/Tier 2/Challenger/Neo Banks.
  • Business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
  • Fluent in English.
