Crushing Operations Supervisor Opportunity

Daracon Group, a leading civil construction services provider, is seeking an experienced Crushing Operations Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is located across NSW and offers a rewarding career with a family-owned company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various quarry and contract crushing operations within New South Wales. This will involve working away from home on a regular basis, but compensation will be provided accordingly. The work schedule is generally Monday to Saturday and not roster-based.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous crushing experience and the ability to operate a range of heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators, and crushing equipment.

Requirements:

  • Previous crushing experience
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators, and crushing equipment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work away from home on a regular basis
