- Lead and mentor team members, fostering growth through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, upholding quality and safety standards while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in business development initiatives, driving process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience working with pumps, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage others and manage a team effectively.
