Service Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled Service Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to keep schedules, technicians, and communications on track.
About the Role:As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating reactive service calls, quoted works, planned maintenance, and installations. You will maximize technician productivity through proactive planning and scheduling, monitor technician progress, and update ServiceMax software system and customer portals.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule service calls, quoted works, planned maintenance, and installations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Manage travel arrangements for technicians as required
- Review and maintain the 'on-call' roster for technicians to ensure 24/7 coverage and close out all call-outs within 24 hours of completion
- Manage technician inventory levels, source non-stock items, and handle ordering and distribution to branches and contractor network
- Collaborate with Service Managers to track performance, identify training opportunities, and document non-standard events
- Proven experience in a customer service or dispatch/scheduling environment
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Advanced computer literacy and experience with service software
- Excellent communication and customer etiquette skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
