We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Diary management: We need someone who can expertly manage the diaries of our senior executives, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are scheduled and coordinated seamlessly.
  • Scheduling: The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings and functions, and ensuring that all logistical arrangements are made in advance.
  • Filing and photocopying: We require someone who can maintain accurate and up-to-date files, as well as perform other administrative tasks such as photocopying and printing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Executives: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Manage Diaries: Expertly manage the diaries of senior executives, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are scheduled and coordinated seamlessly.
  • Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and accommodation, and make necessary arrangements for meetings and events.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality at all times when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Provide General Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and printing, as well as providing general support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in executive administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Discretion: High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
