Job Overview

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring accurate room ratings and adjusting the room rack accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately rating rooms and updating the room rack.
  • Running alert date reports to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Reviewing out-of-order and off-market rooms daily for validity.
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and video check-out.
  • Offering bell assistance to guests upon departure and verifying correct room rates.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required. Minimum front desk/hotel experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities.
