Import Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the efficient processing of import shipments, liaising with brokers or customers for customs clearance and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage import container documentation, including bills of loading and packing lists
  • Liaise with Import Brokers, Customers and Freight Forwarders to ensure smooth import processes
  • Track and monitor the status of import containers, identifying and resolving any delays or issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in import logistics or similar role
  • Familiar with import customs regulations and procedures
  • Proficient in import documentation, including bills of loading and packing lists
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS)
