Key Duties

  • Coordinate the procurement of spare parts for breakdowns and scheduled maintenance.
  • Provide ongoing training to maintenance staff on all maintenance-related tasks.
  • Manage external contractors for repair and maintenance activities across the facility.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, along with preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Organize shutdowns for maintenance, including labor and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance documentation.
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple shifts.
  • Update machinery records following any modifications.
  • Collaborate with department heads to prioritize maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to quality procedures and policies.
  • Foster a motivated work environment.
  • Effectively allocate resources to maintain production efficiency.
  • Support fellow maintenance staff with their challenges.
  • Provide clear instructions to maintenance personnel.

This is a full-time position for the right candidate.
