About You
- Possess a Certificate III in Patisserie or IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Have at least 2 years of post-trade commercial cooking experience in a pastry role.
- Experienced in batch/bulk cooking for large groups, focusing on quality and presentation.
- Able to work collaboratively with a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Familiarity with food safety principles.
