About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Specialist to join our team at Zonda People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to residents, including Residential Care, Dementia Care, Respite, High Dependency, and Palliative Care.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive care environment, promoting resident independence and dignity.
