Senior Business Growth Marketer

This role represents an exciting opportunity for a senior marketer to drive business growth through strategic campaign planning and execution.
About the PositionReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our company's growth strategy. This position combines high-level strategy and hands-on execution – from integrated marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) communications to events and co-marketing with key partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid advertising, social media, public relations, and content marketing
- Designing and managing CRM workflows for lead nurturing and customer communication
- Creating and executing an annual events calendar, including trade shows, conferences, and roadshows
- BUILDING AND EXECUTING CO-MARKETING PROGRAMS WITH KEY PARTNERS
- Monitoring and reporting campaign outcomes to leadership
- Managing relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and industry bodies
We are seeking a marketer with 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, sustainability, automotive, or energy, with a proven track record of running end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial instincts, excellent project management skills, and a collaborative and hands-on approach, with great stakeholder management skills.
They will also have a balance of creativity and data-driven thinking, with a passion for making a visible impact in a high-growth, values-driven business.
