Responsibilities

As a Sports Specialist, you will lead a team of employees and partner with colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction in-store. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading your team to ensure a premium in-store experience for customers
  • Coaching your team and providing guidance, people development and feedback to elevate performance
  • Driving sales and customer satisfaction by unlocking your team's potential
  • Inspiring your team to care about customers and have fun

Requirements

  • Passion for the industry and strong desire to grow in leadership
  • 1-2 years of retail leadership experience
  • Exceptional customer service and expert advice skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, proactive and quick to act with a sense of urgency
