Senior Wills and Estate Planning Consultant
Job SummaryWe seek a professional to provide high-quality, timely Wills and Estate Planning services. This includes drafting documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and support in a professional and respectful manner.
- Draft and execute Wills and Estate Planning instruments that are legally compliant and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or industry.
- Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents.
- Current driver's license and ability to travel across NSW as required.
This is an ongoing role working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be customer-facing, requiring attendance in the office five days a week.
