Lead Coffee Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Coffee Specialist to spearhead our cafe's coffee program.

Our team-oriented environment fosters collaboration, innovation and fun. To succeed in this role you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a genuine and friendly manner.
  • Consistently meet high standards of every cup served through performing latte art and maintaining quality.
  • Train other baristas and lead your team to ensure seamless operation during peak periods.
  • Understand the importance of efficient customer service, working to retain and grow our regular customer base.

As a seasoned barista, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced Australian environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic team setting and is passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of baristas to achieve optimal performance.
  • Developing and implementing innovative coffee solutions to drive sales growth.
