Property Lawyer: Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join our team as a senior associate. As a key member of our Brisbane office, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile matters and contribute to the growth of our real estate practice.
About the Role- Advising clients on complex property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, development agreements, and leasing documentation
- Supporting clients across the full property lifecycle – from due diligence and structuring to completion
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers in a collaborative, mentoring environment
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in property law gained at a well-regarded firm
- A strong commercial mindset and the ability to work directly with sophisticated clients
- Experience with large-scale property transactions or development projects
- A proactive approach, strong drafting skills, and a commitment to excellence in client service
- A senior-level role with autonomy and leadership potential
- High-value, interesting matters and strong client relationships
- Clear career pathways within a progressive and supportive firm
