We are seeking recent project management graduates to join our Corporate Graduate Program. This unique and exciting early careers pathway offers meaningful work, growth, and security.

The program is designed to provide tailored mentoring and support while gaining exposure through rotations across various departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the program.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for individuals with a solid understanding of key projects management methodologies and frameworks, ready to apply their knowledge in real-world high-impact projects.

This structured 2-year program will commence in January 2026, offering multiple opportunities in Osborne, South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and grow your project management career with a leading Australian defence organisation.
  • Be exposed to various business units within ASC such as Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Program Delivery, Capital Acquisition, Forward Planning, PMO, Supply Chain, Submarine Certification, Quality, WHSE, Production Planning and Operations Services.
  • Take ownership of meaningful tasks and see projects through to completion.
  • Learn and develop new skills and knowledge to enhance capability.
  • Plan and develop schedules for various business programs.
  • Conduct cost performance analysis and treatment strategies.
  • Develop expertise in managing project risk, including mitigation and opportunity realisation actions.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply principles learnt to problem solving.
