Job Overview

We are seeking a confident and reliable Coffee Expert Ambassador to represent an internationally recognized coffee brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for demonstrating coffee machines, generating customer engagement, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized coffee machine recommendations to customers, showcasing your expertise and passion for coffee.
  • Drive store staff brand engagement, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Educate and drive compliance to promotional campaigns, staying up-to-date on the latest coffee trends.

Requirements

  • Confident, energetic, and passionate about coffee.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fast learner with strong critical thinking skills, able to adapt to new situations.
  • Reliable, driven, and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Availability for weekend shifts, with a reliable mode of transportation.
