The AML Compliance function empowers and protects the firm by providing legal, compliance, investigative, and security services. We manage compliance risk, provide expert analysis and advice, protect employees and businesses, and promote behavior consistent with our mission and culture.
We're seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as an AML Risk Management Officer - Hybrid based in Sydney, Australia. We'll provide resources to meet your unique needs, empower you to make informed decisions, and help you plan for your future.
In this role, you're expected to:
- Evaluate, enhance, and implement best-in-class AML Compliance policies and practices.
- Provide expert advice on AML Compliance policies to the AML/Financial Crime Support teams and the business.
- Subject matter expert on regulatory change management and control assessments.
- Perform AML Compliance quality and testing, evaluate process deficiencies, analyze control measures, enhance reporting capabilities, and recommend corrective actions.
