Job Overview

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Enter detailed data into transport and labour management systems with high accuracy and quality.
  • Direct the movement of crews to minimize travel time while ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Identify incidents that could disrupt services and manage disruptions efficiently to return to the plan.

We seek candidates with a positive outlook and a keen interest in the rail industry. Ideal applicants are team players with a customer-focused approach, thrive on challenges, and possess creative problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple mediums.
  • Intermediate computer skills; experience with transport or labour management systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Confidence in reviewing information and making appropriate decisions.
