Warehouse Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operator to join our warehouse team in Melbourne. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling, picking, packing, and receiving goods within the warehouse environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Picking & Packing: Accurately pick products from shelves using an RF Gun, pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping, scan, label, and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Receiving Goods: Accept and process incoming deliveries, verify shipment contents against packing lists for accuracy, unpack and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Store products accurately in assigned warehouse locations, maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
  • Warehouse Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, store products in an accessible and identifiable manner, immediately report any hazards to the line manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or similar experience is preferred but not required.
  • Able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective communication with supervisors and team members to follow safety protocols, receive training, and understand work instructions.

Work Environment:

The warehouse operates between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM (schedule may vary based on workload). A dress code is required to ensure safety and maintain a professional work environment.
