Job Description:

As a Patient Transport Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of patients within our healthcare system. This includes transfers between facilities, medical appointments, and other patient-related activities.

Working as part of a team, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

The role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport patients safely and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced First Aid certificate
  • Current driver's license (Class C) with a proven safe driving record
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
