Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Graduate who is ready to take this opportunity to work with an established professional team.

The role involves providing graphic design support across the business, utilising the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate creativity and originality in graphic design, ensuring all materials align with brand system standards and marketing objectives.

  • Graphic Design Support:
    • Utilise the Adobe Creative Cloud suite primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to provide graphic design support across the business.
    • Demonstrate creativity and originality in graphic design ensuring all materials align with brand system standards and marketing objectives.
  • Illustrations and Infographics:
    • Develop illustrations and infographics to support marketing collateral.
  • Liaison with Suppliers:
    • Liaise with external printers and suppliers to organise the production and distribution of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers and other printed items.
  • Internal Collateral Store Management:
    • Manage internal collateral store including stock level maintenance, order dispatch and fulfillment, website management and coordinating with external suppliers to replenish stock.
  • Sales Support Materials Directory:
    • Maintain and update the sales support materials directory on SharePoint ensuring all resources are current and accurate while overseeing the creation of new materials as needed.
  • Content Calendars:
    • Assist in developing and managing monthly content calendars for each business ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Event Assistance:
    • Provide event assistance to divisions exhibiting at trade shows, conferences and other events to ensure accurate representation of the brand.
  • Digital and Traditional Marketing Campaigns:
    • Assist in the development and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns supporting the team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time within budget and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Digital Advertising Content:
    • Create and update digital advertising content as required.
  • Support and Assistance:
    • Provide support and assistance to the Group Marketing Manager as required.
  • Invoice Checking:
    • Check and code Marketing department invoices.
