About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our Group Risk team, you will play a critical role in supporting risk management processes and insights within our dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

As a Risk Management Professional, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their reporting needs, analyse underlying business issues, and align these with our data, reporting, and insights strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Gather and analyse reporting needs, translating them into actionable requirements.
  • Document and Review Technical Requirements: Work with team members and technology specialists to document and review technical requirements for risk data and reporting design.
  • Develop and Maintain Risk Dashboards: Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk dashboards using enterprise platforms, providing key insights to the Board, Risk Committees, and Risk SMEs across the 3 Lines of Defence.
  • Capture and Maintain Metric Definitions: Ensure adherence to governance processes by capturing and maintaining metric and term definitions within the Enterprise Business Glossary.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Assist in maintaining and prioritising the roadmap for reporting and analytics products, driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Experience in Agile Delivery Teams
  • Strong Background in Insurance or Financial Services
  • Expertise in Data Analysis and Visualisation Tools
  • Proficiency in Automation Tools and Programming Languages
  • Experience with ServiceNow Automation Tools
  • Excellent Communication and Facilitation Skills
  • Good Understanding of Data Governance and Compliance
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and Certifications
