As a Tyre Management Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the tyre related digital system functions across the business units to enhance quality and promote our Digital Solutions Strategies.

This role is accountable for driving sustainable technical management to support various sites.

Key objectives include:

  • Managing the Otracom software product
  • Directing and managing the Otraco Digital team
  • Liaising with senior colleagues within the company, Bridgestone Mining Solutions, Bridgestone Japan and Tyre Pressure Monitoring company to optimise the digital experience for all customers

You will also contribute to the strategic planning process and take responsibility for the strategic plan deliverables for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team to ensure all members are aware of the expectations of their role and quality of work required.

You will lead by example in promoting company standards, policies, procedures and values.
