Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Manager to play a key role in shaping the organisation's digital future.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business partners to identify and resolve information management challenges, designing and implementing metadata structures, content types, and access rules, configuring and optimising Microsoft 365 solutions, conducting business analysis activities, and promoting awareness of information management principles and tools across the business.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Management or a related field;\
  • Experience in information management, digital workplace, knowledge management, or similar roles;\
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including content organisation, access control, and workflow design;\
  • Familiarity with traditional enterprise document management systems and governance models;\
  • Proven ability to conduct business analysis and translate requirements into solution design;\
  • Interest in automation, AI-enhanced IM practices, and working in agile delivery environments.\
