Job Title:

To excel in this position, you should be flexible and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as well as during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging sports programs and activities for young people
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and administration support to members and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • First Aid certification and/or CPR certification
  • Certification in Sports Management, Coaching, or Gymnastics
