As an Apprentice Chef, you will work alongside experienced chefs to develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. You will be responsible for assisting with tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and measuring ingredients.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, fish, vegetables, and desserts.
  • Assist with maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Ensure food safety regulations and hygiene standards are maintained.

To succeed in this role, you should be eager, motivated, and passionate about food. Good communication skills, a proactive attitude to learning, and initiative in your duties are essential.

You will be employed by our organization and hosted at one of our partner venues, learning from qualified chefs in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

  • Cooking - Follow recipes and directions to prepare a variety of dishes, including meats, fish, vegetables, and desserts.
