**Customer Service Associate Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, developing strong relationships with our locals, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.

**Job Description:**

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to our customers. This includes:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to increase loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintaining the highest standards of store presentation, including merchandising and visual displays

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • RSA competency card or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Physical fitness to manually move stock
  • Retail or similar experience
