Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in delivering exceptional service experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, schedules, and customer interactions across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate bookings and scheduling utilizing software systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information within the CRM system.
  • Support daily operations including check-ins, gift voucher redemptions, and basic invoicing.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Contribute to social media content creation to showcase behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Collaborate with instructors and pilots to ensure smooth flight operations.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized data and processes.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability to work 2-4 shifts per week, including weekend days.
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or related industries.
  • Basic multimedia content creation skills.
  • Current driver's license.
