About the Job

We are seeking an experienced scheduler to join our team in the heart of Melbourne. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the facilities management helpdesk, taking maintenance requests from clients, and scheduling contractors and technicians on a weekly and daily basis.

Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in scheduling or dispatch is highly desirable, particularly in a trades-based environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
  • A strong work ethic and great attitude are also crucial.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills are necessary to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
