This role is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy across all Marvel Stadium digital channels to drive business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, audience acquisition, attendance, and conversion. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, development, and execution of content across website, app, EDMs, and social media platforms, as well as paid media.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building brands and delivering on lower funnel KPIs through efficient digital/social planning and content development. Experience managing brand social media accounts across multiple platforms, using social media publishing and analytics dashboards, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other CRMs is essential. Additionally, strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a digital communication strategy, owning and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts and community management, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing a rolling 12-month EDM calendar, updating stadium app content, and monitoring performance. Furthermore, they will work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute promotion of events, offers, and activities on digital and social channels.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive person with a creative and curious mind, who is relentless in pushing the boundaries of what's been done before and always looks for new opportunities to deliver on brand objectives and lower funnel KPIs. They will also be a team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals. A passion for hospitality and live events, as well as technical/strategic skills across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid digital channels, will be highly regarded.
