Network Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Network Inspector to join our team at Service Stream. As a Network Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of Victoria's road network.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and assess the condition of pavement and roadside assets to ensure compliance with Section 750 PB requirements and contract specifications.
- Upload inspection data to IRIS (Service Stream's Intelligent Road Information System) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify hazards requiring urgent rectification and raise work orders in IRIS, liaising with the Pre-Works team to prioritize rectification.
- Perform or coordinate make-safes for hazards requiring urgent rectification, remaining on-site as required.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of inspection procedures and processes, including inspection data collection and management processes.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in road maintenance or civil works. You will have at least five years' experience in a similar role, including at least two years' experience carrying out inspections of bridges and other structural assets on state or local road networks.
You will be a committed team player who drives for service excellence and continuous improvement, with a track record of carrying out inspections with a relentless focus on worker, road user, and community safety.
