Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to support our Lead Agent in Beenleigh. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow their career within the Real Estate industry.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly successful selling Agent and be part of an amazing team culture. The role requires a high level of dedication and commitment, with responsibilities including:

  • Preparing form 6's and contracts
  • Organising photography, building and pest inspections, and valuations
  • Running marketing campaigns
  • Social media management
  • Preparation of listing presentation and appraisal proposals
  • General administration and support duties
  • Database management

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, outstanding organisation and time management, and the ability to deliver high-end customer service. A passion for the Real Estate industry and previous experience in the field are highly regarded.
