Pathways Development Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to bring your expertise and flair to a new role in the Education Sector. With accomplished experience in process improvement, business development, and stakeholder engagement, you will establish and expand pathways for secondary school students, ensuring alignment with current and future educational needs.
The ideal candidate will have drive and initiative, combining strong business development expertise and dedication to process improvement to elevate the directorate's pathways and offerings for Secondary Schools.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Build valuable relationships with stakeholders to promote and expand VETRO pathways, ensuring strategic alignment with the directorate's mission and goals
- Develop and improve operational processes across the VET pathways lifecycle, focusing on application, onboarding, enrolment, and academic progress
- Support complex issue resolution, providing strategic insights and recommendations for service improvement
- Identify new opportunities within the VETRO framework
Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience in business development and stakeholder engagement
- A background in operational and strategic process improvement, delivering streamlined services
- Ability to handle complex information and provide high-level recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity for teamwork, negotiation, and report writing
- A proactive work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities, driving positive change in service delivery
- Knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training sector and familiarity with relevant quality standards and policy frameworks
This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
