Supporting Children in Foster Care

We deliver high-quality care to support children and young people in foster care. Our program is designed to help children heal from trauma and thrive.

This role plays a vital part in the lives of these vulnerable children, supporting them through transitions, coordinating with caregivers and families, and ensuring best-practice care.

You will work closely with a network of professionals, ensuring that each child receives the specialised care they need to overcome their past experiences and achieve their full potential.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide safe environments for children and young people, protecting them from abuse and neglect.
  • Post-secondary qualifications in Welfare, Social Work, Child Development or relevant qualification (if Diploma level, willing to study further).
  • Current Victorian drivers licence.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Effective communication skills with adults, adolescents, children, and sector representatives.
