Incident Response Coordinator

This role is responsible for overseeing incident management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to investigate and mitigate incidents, tracking remediation efforts, communicating with stakeholders, and escalating crisis situations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective incident response processes to facilitate efficient remediation, communication, and crisis management
  • Communicate complex concepts and protocols in a clear manner to non-technical audiences
  • Support the development and execution of incident response projects
  • Collaborate with teams to participate in incident response activities and escalate critical situations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Cybersecurity, emergency management, or crisis management with expertise in security analytics and incident response
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management operations, crisis planning, and exercises
  • Proven ability to identify and respond to threats and threat actors
