Job Title: Concessions Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our concessions department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering outstanding customer service, and implementing operational strategies to drive sales growth.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week, with a mix of weekdays and Saturdays. You will have the opportunity to work closely with regional management to develop initiatives that drive store, regional, and company performance.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Become certified in expert fitting guidance to provide tailored advice to customers.
  • Represent our vision by empowering women to feel confident and comfortable in their clothing choices.
  • Manage key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement visual merchandising standards within our retail environment.
  • Analyze sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management: Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Customer Service: Provide expert advice and support to customers to ensure they find the perfect products.

Operational Excellence: Manage key operational functions to minimize losses, optimize stock levels, and exceed KPIs.

Visual Merchandising: Implement visually appealing displays to showcase products and drive sales.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, reporting, and rosters to identify opportunities to optimize store performance.
